Takada Hamono blades are revered around the world. We had the opportunity to peak into Mitsuaki, Takada's workshop in Sakai, who is the sharpener for Takada Hamono.
Grateful for the opportunity. Bought a beautiful t-shirt but no knives this time. Their stock is in limited quantity and these days a custom order can see you waiting over 12 months to receive your kitchen knife. I am just happy I got some sort of souvenir.
