When i make mines the crispy batter falls off when i flip it or it makes a crack on the inside and the cheese melts out 😵💫 i had to grind the onions(people in the house dont like onion pieces) and i add shrimp on mines and carrots

What’s your sauce?

You can see the recipe in the description (a link) But I copied the text for you: “The sauce is super easy to make at home, with a perfect balance between savory, tangy and sweet. All you need is ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, and soy sauce.”

I will just stick to the original Japanese recipe. All these other recipes are definitely Americanized, and that’s why Americans are morbidly obese/fat. Or to be more polite PC what’s the saying if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, and the original is not broke so stop trying to destroy it.
