7-Eleven Japan released a Japanese Pudding Cream Puff. How far can they go?! It’s like putting everything into one? Also, the Pumpkin Spice Latte hits Japan, but not how you’d think. Fall is certainly near. #7eleven #japanesepudding

Japanese convenience really never stop to impress hahaha 170 calories for that, I think that it's pretty amazing. In Greece that would be more like 300-400 :d Hope you are having a greate time John! Greeting to you and the family, from Greece!

In Japan, presentation never goes too far. It's a form of Japanese art by itself. I would say though that it can go too far when the content doesn't deliver on the promise of an awesome presentation. But in Japan, more often than not, the content delivers on that promise.

Heading to Tokyo first week of November for a week and I have a 7 eleven, Lawson and Family Mart literally 2 mins away from my hotel in either direction. First night I’m going to pull a Mikey Chen and just hit all 3 as soon as I arrive. Though I’m not big on pastries, I may get this one! Love your videos, John! Been watching since the early days of Jvlogging. Hope I run into you during my travels!

Hi, John . Japan has a high quality excellent reputation for 100 % fresh foods ‘ display ‘ year after year and it’s the only place on earth that you get such high quality (PREMIUM I might say) fresh foods whether you buy from 7-Eleven, CK-Sop, or other convenient shops as well as restaurants ! 👍👍👍👍👍🎌🎌🎌🎌

It’s funny that you got the Starbucks pumpkin spiced drink as today we arrived in Tokyo and across from our hotel is a family mart - my daughter has gone on about that drink ( the hot one in US) since she saw someone on KZbin show it! Of course we had to buy it - she hated it 😅. We are looking forward to doing some more exploring for the next 3 weeks. Although wasn’t expecting it to be soo hot atm even though we are from Qld Australia we should be used to it.

"TOO FAR" ? Dude ...I guess you've never been in France , we have what we call "salembos" here , it's basically that creme pâtissière puff but with icing on top and rhum liquor inside , and they're two times that size ( i ate those everyday coming back from school when i was a kid ) ....That stuff is no biggie , Japanese pastry chefs learned everything in France

I bet, the cost of packaging though - maybe not so much money from what they’d usually do. Japanese consumers are very picky, it probably adds another ¥10 to the price but also protects it so it doesn’t get damaged which with decrease sales greatly with any imperfection.
