As someone who had to look up celsius to Fahrenheit.. 24°C is only 75°F and 32°C is 89°F. That doesn't seem hot at all. 75°F sounds like a cool spring day. Stormy, yes, but steamy? When I go down to Florida in the summer, it's around 36°C and that's pretty normal for down there. Also, I'm just gonna use celsius from now on. I have no idea how to convert it without internet but I can't wait for this 75°C day tomorrow. Seems like a day for long sleeves.

There's a huge difference in sandwich makings. Japan, they fill the entire slice of bread, to make a proper sandwich. The US fills it just enough, that makes a crustables look like a banquet.

What you describe as egg salad we would call egg mayonnaise in the UK. Egg salad here would be hard boiled eggs with lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc

The spicy crab roll (not real sushi, IMO,) and the rainbow roll have been my favorites. A lot of the sushi places around here are totally ok with selling you rancid tasting salmon and tuna, so I don't really get much sushi these days.

That's not what it is. The fried chicken is dunked in a sauce of soysauce, vinegar and sugar. The chicken is battered, not just dusted with starch like karaage, so that the batter can be thick enough to absorb the sauce
