Pork is strictly forbidden in Islam. Since majority of Bangladeshis are muslim (those who's religion is Islam are called muslim.) u will not get pork almost all over Bangladesh, except Bandarban ( a hilly district in Bangladesh) where ethnic people eat pork.

Your review is entertaining but genuine, I could relate to your review. I lived in Japan for many years and I am from Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, pork is a banned item, that's why. But Rafsan thechotobhai is one of our most popular food reviewer because of his comic takes while reviewing. Sushi burger sounds interesting 🤔 I'd like to try it. I love salmon sashimi and sushi. I don't know why but when i dip salmon into soy sauce, I taste a sweetness. I tried the fish without soy and it tasted just like raw fish. I like the taste of Japanese food with the exception of foods that are given a sweet taste. Maybe a hint of sweety would be fine but I've tried soups that were too sweet for my taste. I've come to recognize that sugar has become an ingredient in quite a few Asian dishes. I know it is that in Korean, Japanese, and Thai dishes. To me sweetness is reserved for desserts. Does the Japanese culture frown on eating food with hands ?

Hey nice reaction! Yes the reason they changed the pork to chicken is because of religious reasons. Bangladesh is a majority Islamic country so no pork only halal foods are allowed. Plus your right it is not authentic Japanese food but because most Bengalis are not exposed to it, we don’t know any better.
