Wolfy in that Yukata was suuuupppeerr cute! I love how the amenities like the train and the ryokan have baby friendly options. I don’t have a child but it must be super helpful to those that do so they can all have a good time and less stress

Agreed. This is one of the things I love about living in Japan (as a parent). Shops, hotels, public facilities - pretty much everywhere you go - has amenities for kids/parents with babies. It makes it really easy and appealing to get out and do stuff.

I laughed out loud when wolfie asked mom to fill the pail with water. The staff at the hotel seemed to really enjoy their work and provided service over the top.

Me, watching Wolfie with the waves: I immediately flashed-back to when my kids were about 5 & 6 and we went to a beach with waves for the first time (they had only been to beaches at the Great Salt Lake which doesn't have waves). The 6-year-old "What's wrong with this WATER?!" It was hilarious. And, Wolfie's just getting too stinking adorable, lol.

@@sandracarli1110 and if it wasn't hot water, seafood and meat still have nervous responses after they're killed for a few hours. if you live/are staying close to the coast, you will get fresher seafood. didn't really think that was a hard concept to grasp!

This is so helpful! Japan was all booked for 2020 and supposed to be the trip of a life time before we started a family, but then COVID happened and well you know… so we started our family instead … we had the time…. Japan is still a dream for me but I was worried taking a little one! This is great to see! Makes me more hopeful.

I appreciate this video and trying to get some tips on traveling with a toddler. Being a parent to a toddler myself the biggest struggle is negotiating the afternoon nap time when travelling.

Having a baby definitely helps with the early check in. My family experience this in a hotel near Tokyo Dome, we were 3 hours early to our check in time but the staff told us that we can come in. So considerate!

I used to taste my daughter’s formula before giving it to her. She was fussy and wouldn’t drink it once so I tasted it and it tasted like spoiled milk. I checked the rest of the powder in the container… spoiled milk… from the factory…started making my own from scratch using my grandmother’s recipe

Wow!! What Amazing service and so very spacious too…the service that you received for Wolfy was just such a personal touch too, they were so helpful and kind. Looks like Wolfy really enjoyed playing with the sand.. it’s probably hard for some toddlers to settle to sleep when they are in different surroundings, hotel very accommodating with food preparation and service once Wolfy had gone to sleep.. Thank you so much for sharing your first trip to the sea side with Wolfy Take Care….love and best wishes from a fan from the UK 🇬🇧😁❤️😁
