Yeah yeah, its all fun and games until youre going arroind the circle for the 20th time and you fell like your limbs are dying , and you look at all the seniors arround you doing it like its nothing ,so you keep going to spare the embarassment , but the music does not stop, and you are already dead inside but still moving 'cause the older ones are still doing it ..... then you wonder what the hell youre doing whit your life, and go trough all that " redescovering life" phase .... when the music finally stops you just want to drop on the floor but you slowly back away and sit somewhere and promess yourself that you aint moving for the rest of the night. Ah i love this things! Kids , exercise , or else youre going ti end up just like that
