japanese spring/summer fashion lookbook | 2023年春夏コーデ

I am back with this year's spring/summer fashion lookbook! I think a lot of the outfits recently have been leaning into a girly elegant, classy style.

I love japanese figures so petite and elegant. I'm english, very tall and quite top heavy and can never pull off this look 😢😢 you look beautiful ❤❤

Thank you for watching❤️ I totally get that depending on your body type there are some clothes you may shy away from, I definitely think that sometimes too. But if you want to wear something, confidence is the best accessory! There’s no rule on what certain people can and can’t “pull off” ☺️

4:17 This outift kind of reminds me of hanbok. (in a very pretty way!) 6:20 I would have a *lot* of fun with those sleeves~ 6:49 i do kind of avoid skirts because I'm type to worry about how people percieve me.

I can see the resemblance with a hanbok how the skirt flows outwards! I think it can be hard to wear an item that you don’t often, but if you want to wear it and it’s others’ perception that is stopping you, I would suggest try wearing it when you go somewhere you don’t know anyone or a new area! It can be intimidating if it’s with people you might think will comment on it, but you might enjoy and get used to it little by little if you start off somewhere you can dress however you want and be whoever you want to be! ❤️

Thank you for your comment! I would say these most likely don’t really fall under typical Japanese business/business casual (especially the latter half looks), but my company is pretty relaxed so on days I won’t be meeting anyone externally, I’ve worn outfits #1-5 to the office! Really depends on how casual your workplace is or if you have external meetings, etc! But overall, I would think of these looks more for my days off rather than work ☺︎
