Curry is a mixture of spices of Indian origin, which produce the typical mustard-yellow powder with a strongly aromatic fragrance.

5-7 Cardamom seeds

1tsp Cumin
5-6 Cinnamon
80g/ 2.28oz Flour
50g/ 1.76oz Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1-2 Laurel leaves
2 tsp Consommé
1 tbsp Soy sauce
100g/ 3.53oz Curry roux
3-4 Garlic grated
2-3cm/ 0.78-1.18lnc Ginger grated
Salt and pepper to taste
