Keep coming back to this video because we love this recipe for making these sweet potatoes. We typically end up doing a custom broil with these at 425-450 rather than 500. Flipping at 30min mark then finished for 25min. They do well in the fridge for next days too.

In this practice, I'm able to listen to my body's natural hunger signals and when it's time for me to eat, I EAT. And I eat until I'm fully satisfied (I enjoy eating and I fulfill my senses and my stomach)! I really love this lifestyle.

Looks delicious! Unfortunately I do not trust my oven in a broiler setting. I have ditched regular potatoes upon discovering JSP. I buy them from Whole Foods and bake them. They are DELICIOUS. I'm wondering if they lose their nutritional value by bring broiled for a long time?

These can be found at many grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and chain grocers like Fresh Thyme Market. I’ve seen them at smaller local stores, too. Asian grocery will always have them!

Also the difference between regular orange yams and these are that Japanese sweet potatoes are higher starch and taste sweeter; the flavor is completely different. They’re my favorite kind of sweet potato! It’s like nature’s candy.

No piercing! I asked my mother and she firmly replied, “no!” Lol what mommy says, goes! The type of yoga I practice is Kripalu vinyasa. I went to school there and studied yoga intensively. That is my daily practice!

Japanese sweet potatoes are very nutrient-dense and a good source of complex carbohydrates. They're also high in hyaluronic acid; very good for skin health.

Hi and thank you ❤️ I’m sorry but I cannot speak to not can I give advice on dark circles as I’ve never experienced this issue. I believe that is largely a hereditary issue. The only thing I can think of is that I do get adequate sleep and I also practice stress reduction (meditation) every single day, which I’m sure helps.

Hi jen 🤗 i grew up eating the japanease sweet potato. I boil mine and sometimes bake it. I read somewhere boiling it helps retain most nutrient rather than bake it. I love it both ways tho. Btw, I tried the purple one and it was nice but this one is my fav😊

Hi, I've been figuring out how to do this for so long but I don't know how to broil in an oven (I mean I never try 'broiling' something). Could you tell me what is the temperature for the broiler? Can I bake it in the oven instead, and could you suggest me the way to bake them (eg. temperature & time) I can't express how much I like your videos, it's relaxing. I have a question about Retin A. I started last night for first time with 0.05 , a pea size, I didn't feel any sensation, burning, tightening, redness. Nothing, like putting a normal beauty product, is this normal or should I try 0.1 % ?
