ok im looking for a full contact, face punching, shotokan sport and style, also too it would be nice to find a continuous full contact shotokan somewhere? do you know any styles that are shotokan style and do continuous full contact?

im actually planning to get back into karate i just need to getused to full contact fighting, training for full contact and i want to get better boxing skills to be able to use Karate style punches more effectively thats what machida did, he simply used the training for boxing and muay thai to strengthen his karate skills
