Japanese traditional "Hachioji Festival" giant mikoshi

I photographed Hachioji Festival 2024. (2024/8/4)
The highlight is the huge mikoshi, which weighs approximately 3 tons and is 2.5 meters high, and the float festival, which has been going on for 300 years since the Edo period. It's a competition between the beautiful carvings and the music of the floats.
When the floats pass each other, they pull their floats closer together and have a Hayashi showdown, and if they are caught by the opponent's Hayashi, they lose.
