Depends how good the grade is, but the wagyu rib-eye I had a couple videos back at smith and wollensky was amazing

Wagyu is the correct name. There are 4 breeds of wagyu cattle in Japan. Kobe is just a city in Japan near Osaka where some wagyu cattle are raised.

Izakaya restaurants are my favorites, this place looks cool and the food looks delicious. My current favorite Izakaya restaurant in Vegas is Izakaya Go. Dan, I'm a little disappointed that you didn't order gizzard and liver skewers! How much of an Asian are you? Just kidding. 😂
