But Korea and Japan have been neighboring nations for over 2000 years, and Japan has invaded and committed atrocities against Koreans countless times, most of them being Japanese pirates raiding Korean coasts. But the two biggest issues was when the Japanese military invaded Korea in the 1500s, and when Japan annexed Korea in the early 1900s. The imperial army did horrible stuff to the Korean people. Search up "comfort women" if you want to learn more. Anyway, because of all this, and the Japanese government denying their atrocities to this day, Korean people do not like Japanese and vice versa.

@@beastinfection638 Eh, I think that's true for mostly the older generation considering the era they grew up in. And yeah Japanese people can be prejudice but they're mostly silent about it. But these days the youth from Korea and Japan are on decent terms with each other. Korean culture is pretty popular in Japan right now with younger people (kpop, korean fashion/makeup, kdramas, and food). Similarly for Korea, some of my Korean friends are really into Japanese culture with food and anime. I'm not gonna deny that there'll rare moments of discrimination and have personally experienced it once myself. But I myself am Chinese (considering the history between China and Japan and the reputation of Chinese tourists) and I've have had nothing but 99% positive experiences when I visited even when they asked me where I was from and my ethnicity. As long as you behave and respect others in Japan you'll get the same treatment back even if you're Korean or Chinese IMO. You're not wrong at all with the history between the two countries and how messed up it is but it's not as simple as all Japanese people hate Koreans and vice versa.

Wendy fries used to be my favorite they had a thick cut fry years ago then changed them to natural fry with the skin there ok but I wish they would go back to the original fries

Fries at Wendy's in the U.S. were pretty bland growing up. But they eventually changed them to natural cut fries with a bit better flavor. They are okay, but nothing to write home about. Those Japanese fries looked delicious!

I’d say the consensus for Wendy’s in the US is pretty damn good. I don’t think it has the same hype around it like a McDonald’s or other burger places like in and out but from my experience it’s really good. I don’t know anybody personally who hates on Wendy’s. Imo Wendy’s nugs and fries are solid and some side menu items like the frosty are also ok but where Wendy’s goes CRAZZYYY is their burgers. U get a Dave’s double or triple and u eating good. I’d say out of McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s, Wendy’s def has my favorite burgers
