I started trying to learn Japanese an infinite amount of times, but seeing that this time you started making new videos for us morons almost exactly the moment I started learning Japanese, I feel like this time I can stick with it.

DOn't give up this time. Regularly immerse yourself in Japanese culture and netflix series to keep the flame alight. To me, learning this language means everything so I can't quit no matter what. It is nice to have a couple days off each month, but make sure you keep returning and learning.

All the looking around I've done in the last few weeks, and this is the only video that has helped me understand how these characters work in a sentence. Thank you., er... ありがと

This is great. I will happily watch one of these every day to supplement my Duolingo and other learnings. I knew the verb as 話せ, rather than 話す - not sure why. Also ‘da’ instead of ‘desu’ was new to me, so that’s good. 👍
