Dear Sensei, could you make a video about your daily routines involving shintoism? This would be wonderful to see, from the morning to the evening, what healthy habits you put to practice.

Itadakimasu, is such an elegant and simple way to express gratitude. When I do this, it causes me to feel gratitude not only at that moment, but through the rest of the day. Shinto has many wonderful practices that help me stay on the divine path ✨ I am deeply grateful for your wisdom 🙏and the talks that you share.

I don't say just anything, I don't eat just anything, and I don't think just anything - someone wise came up with this. Living in full consciousness, that is the challenge, Shinto surely helps with this. Warm greetings from Poland❣

Love this video ❤ I communicate with the Konkokyo Yokosuka Kyokai Jinja of Yokosuka and the Grand Tsubaki shrine of Washington State. But I'm a member of the Kannagara Jinja of Florida. I feel very fulfilled in following Shinto..

This seems to be a very modern version (or approach) of Shintō, isn't it? I've never read or heard anything like this in my researches on Shintō (I mean of course it's not different different, but it has quite a modern spin on it, I think). I've always been interested in and attracted to Shintō, but it felt incompatible with my current view of the world; but this seems to be a great way to look at its deep meaning, strip it of some old world conceptions and adapt it to our comprehension of the world. This makes me want to give it a try. Am I right in my understanding or am I completely off the mark? 😅

@@KamiSeiTo The knowledge becomes wisdom when we use it. We need to be able use and practice it. It supposed to be simple. It emerged from our ancestors way of life. We don’t need to make it intelectual philosophy. I see my role to decode that into something we can use everyday to live a fulfilling life!

Japan is an atheist-majority country. Are you religious, atheist, or what?
@JapaneseSalon5 ай бұрын
Japan is not an atheist majority country. Shinto and Buddhism are the two biggest religions. Religion means a different context in Japanese when it is directly translated.
