健さんの新しい髪形かっこいいですよ!😍 If any Japanese-learners who are reading this find these videos helpful, then you should definitely try Ken's private lessons too, he's a very patient and helpful 'sensei' as well as being so much fun to chat to. 😀

Ken is such a great teacher! Love all the videos, really appreciate the work he has put into making them. They look effortlessly easy to watch and to understand, but they are the fruits of Ken’s well studied thoughts and preparations! Thank you so much for the great program, Ken!

this is a very good Japanese lesson video: a) the subtitle in both English & Japanese with furigana is invaluable. b) it covers standard conversation in a hair salon. bravo ケン君!! 👏👏👏

This kind of video is so good to learn real world Japanese. Thank you! If I ever get a haircut in Japan I will probably fall asleep during the shampoo cleaning part - it looks like it feels good haha!!

Thank you! Yeah, the shampoo part was really relaxing! You might not get the shampoo service if you go to cheap hair salons (like 1,000 yen / 8 USD).

Genius! We need haircut terms as foreigners in Japan to communicate with barbers. Ken-San, you did a great job. I’d really appreciate your work.

I should watch and learn this thoroughly. Because last month I went to Q*H***, and I think I misunderstood their explanation. My hair ends up too short and very awkward

RizePresentsさん、こんにちは!😊 If they are good barbers, they would tell you that the time is already booked by someone else and would give you a substitute time or date. For instance, ①すみません、午後1時はすでに予約がうまっておりますが、午後2時は空いております。午後2時はいかがでしょうか? ②すみません。その日はもう予約でいっぱいなんです。次の日の水曜日でしたら、午後1時は空いております。いかがでしょうか?

The stylist was kind and the salon stylish, but sorry to be an outspoken westerner, especially when no one asked my opinion 😆but I like Ken san’s long hair because it is beautiful hair and it looks classic Japanese. The haircut in the video looks like an effort to have a western style 😞 Good language lesson though 👊
