Please make video on garu pattern because many times garu pattern use with watashi and third person And the rule is garu only use with third person This example confusing me Ex. Watashi wa bikkuri gara se nai de kudasai Here why we use garu ? Please explain " gara se "nai de kudasai form

Hello！I read somewhere that 「といったら」is the same as 「ことといったら」and that the meaning is : 普通ではない, and used when you express strong feelings. For example.試合に負けた悔しさといったら言葉で表せない。 But this grammar is not explained here so I am confused now :(
