"Mahjud" is not a Hindi word at all. The correct word is "Upasthit" or "Sthapna". North Indian Hindi speaking people never speak Hindi in their entire life. Thy speak "Urdu" and use "Urdu word" in the name of "Hindi". Plz Mayo if you want to learn and speak Hindi then dont follow the hindi of North Indian people. Follow the Hindi books that you use to read. And never follow the Hindi of Bollhwood movies. They never speak Hindi. Follow the old tele series of Ramayana or Mahabharata. Their you will find Hindi sentences and word.

There's a BIG misconception... *We don't treat cow as an incarnation of God by any means.* Cow is related with two of our deities. We can see Lord Shiva has his Vahana (carrier) called Nandi, who is actually an Ox. We can also see that Lord Krishna had a good relationship with cows. He used to be sprrounded by cows. Cow is very meek and mild that is why Lord Krishna loved cows. You can relate it with Jesus's connection with lamb. You can't say lamb is a God, right? In the same way we worship deities and as the animals had a good connection with them we also worship them. Hinduism has a great connection with animals and nature. You can see that we also worship snake as it has a connection with Lord Shiva and His daughter Devi Manasā. Many more examples are there. On the other hand we worship Some of the trees and we even use leaves of some trees and plants during the worshipping of Deities. On the Vedic era, Hindus praised Air (Pavan Dev), Water (Varuna Dev), Fire (Agni Dev) etc. There are Vedic mantras still used to praise fire, water etc. during the Yajnas. So we literally praise every single object around us as they have big roles in our life.

@@mayojapan wow! Thanks ma'am for your reply. I also didn't say so. I said that people of these days have misconception about India. Most of the westerners think that we worship cow as God. As you have a big fan base, that is why, I thought that this is the right place to share this thing. Thanks a ton for replying. It means a lot to me. Hope you're having an amazing New Year's Party today. All the best for 2020. Phir Milenge!

Bro you explained it very beautifully 😊👍
@InsideTheGlobe5 жыл бұрын
@@shivamgautam4553 Thanks a lot. I explained it just because of the misconception going on among the people. In fact some of the Indians are having a similar conception about cows. We know that cow has a great contribution in our life. It gives us milk, cow dung is used in except of firewood and what not. Cow has indeed earned the position of mother. We should worship cows. But it would be false if we say that Hindus worship cows as God.
@chetia6665 жыл бұрын
Inside The Globe rightly said if cows were worshipped there woudn't had been any abandoned ones left on the streets once they are of no use or smuggled across the border...just like horses who are left alone once they are past there utility...Lamb of God brought me.

In case you did not know Mayo, in southern India, particularly Tamil Nadu, they have a very similar festival like Hinamatsuri, where women arrange dolls, on odd number of steps. It is mostly a women and young girls festival! It is called "Kolu" or "Golu". Do check it out!!
