joker47 PaintedSmile it’s beautiful! Lots of things to see. What I don’t like is the vandalism. Which was non-existent in Japan. In bigger cities here you often see so many graffiti on the streets, trains or people throwing their trash, bottles, cans not in the trash can. Otherwise I like it!

omg the hauptbahnhof is really different now. i remember going to the little outdoor stands by the rathaus, imbiss muller had really good fries n bratwurst.

It was really shocking to me as well! Next time I’ll go there I’ll film the intro like in some of my newer videos (Bonn and Cologne) where I started filming prior to arrival in the train. So you can see a bit more of the station. There was also the shady 1 Euro Döner/Kebap in the old station 😂

Sadly I was born and raisend in this city. A lot of things changend since I last visited it like 10 years ago. But not for a good as it lookes like. Sad! That's really sad! Sometimes I miss the rain! Wuppertal is know for a lot of rain ... now I live in the very south of Bavaria - so no rain here! :-/ But - and that's why i was looking this video - I think of Wuppertal from time to time. But I think I did everything right to leave that city behind me! It's my past, but I'm looking forward into the future :-) But thanks anyway for sharing this nice video!

@@spartan10010 my mind, opinion and experience! wuppertal was the greatest city for me - until i saw other cities! i mean: why should i live in a tiny 35m² flat next to a dirty street with 4 lanes with a lot of traffic 24/7 an pay a bunch of money? o_O was happy with my new flat with approx 110m² with no noise, looking over fields at mountains! cost me a third amound of money! paid less than 500€ all- incl.!

Great video mate! Is this the DJI Osmo Pocket 1? Have you not got stopped by security in malls? As in my country they sometimes make a b line for you if they notice!

Thank you mate! Yes it’s the DJI Osmo Pocket 1. I have never been stopped in malls. But I’m also quite invisible. The camera is mostly at hip height, tilted slightly upwards, and I never ever check the screen.

Did you know that you can get magnetic wide angle lenses to put on your Osmo 1? One is made by Ulanzi and it costs £14.24 on eBay!

Stefan Bötel Danke fürs kommentieren! Ja, und wie! 😃 gar nicht mit dem alten, dunklen, mit Graffitis vollgesprühten Bahnhof zu vergleichen. Ich war wirklich sehr beeindruckt. 3:15, das weiß ich leider nicht genau, habe gerade eine gute Seite zur ehemaligen Baustelle gefunden, aber dort auch nichts konkretes gefunden. www.wuppertal.de/microsite/doeppersberg/bautagebuch/Bautagebuch.php 4:00 😀😀😀 so schaut es aus, und die neue ist vom Fahrverhalten noch mal um einiges stabiler als die alte. 19:57 Ja, das ist das Elberfelder Rathaus, sieht sehr schick aus :)

bei 3:15 wird unterirdisch der alte bunker zu ner disco ausgebaut. der eingang wird dann oben sein.

Thanks a lot for your advice, so next time I also should better skip it and not walk there late at night. I’m so glad to hear that you liked my shooting technique! It’s getting even better recently with my latest videos, and I also started to do cycling tours which are even more difficult, because I’m holding my 1kg+ gear in one hand while cycling. Hope to hear from you again someday!

The incompetent management by decades of successive SPD dominated City Councils has ruined this town for good. A visitor cannot escape the impression that it is primarily inhabited by university graduates, space scientists and doctors from a basket of uncivilized regions of this world. The only positive feature it has to offer are pleasant natural surroundings, but even these have been spoiled by the city council's dismal failure to maintain the once popular public parks.
