I'm guessing that the keis are off to the side because they're just the common default sort of car there; they're probably more interested in the non-kei cars.

So at 9:18 that Honda S660 is on white license plates instead of the usual yellow plates for Kei cars. Is that because the wide body kit on it moves it out of Kei class dimensions?

The yellow plates aren’t as strict as they use to be. I see a bunch of kei cars with white plates out here

Looks like Suzuki Swifts have to be bright yellow but I find the current model undistinguished and plug ugly. Also, that black Toyota on chrome wires looked so nice (rather have those than most alloy rims on my big, black saloon).
