Kamikochi trip (JAPAN ALPS) ~part 2 / walking kappa bridge to Myojin-pond

Kamikochi is a popular tourist destination located in the Hida Mountains of the Northern Japan Alps, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It is a picturesque valley surrounded by tall peaks and beautiful forests, and is known for its clear, pristine river that runs through the valley, the Azusa River.
Kamikochi is a great place for hiking and trekking, with numerous trails ranging from easy to challenging. Some of the popular hiking routes include the Kappa Bridge, Myojin Pond, and the Taisho Pond. The area is also home to a variety of wildlife, including the Japanese macaque, the Japanese serow, and the Kamoshika (Japanese goat-antelope).
The best time to visit Kamikochi is during the spring and autumn, when the weather is mild and the scenery is at its most beautiful. The park is closed during the winter months due to heavy snowfall, and can be crowded during peak season in the summer.
