The reason why he's a force ghost is because he is force sensitive however he is a sith lord. So that means in his past he was also just known as jedi master Jar Jar. But Yoda probably stuck to the death sticks to forget about him before the prequels had begun. My God I just made canon!!!!

@@plantgang9257 Did you? Anakin returned to the light in the end. Lucas also has said that dark siders are too selfish to give up their physical form to preserve their consciousness. In an earlier draft of ROTJ even, there was planned to be a scene in which the ghosts of Obi-Wan and Yoda say as much to Anakin. In the ROTS novelization (Which was personally approved by Lucas himself, unlike much expanded universe content), there is a scene based on a deleted scene in which Yoda converses with the spirit of Qui-Gon. Qui-Gon also says a similar thing, stating that the Sith cannot achieve eternal life as a Force Ghost due to their inability to let go of their power and the physical world itself. The best they can do is bind their essence to a specific location, object, or body, but that is highly limited and obviously their essence can be destroyed permanently if their anchor point is destroyed. EDIT: Also found a quote from Yoda in an episode of the Clone Wars, taken from after he discovered the ability and began on his path to learning it: "No longer certain that one ever does win a war, I am. For in fighting the battles, the bloodshed, already lost we have. Yet open to us a path remains, that unknown to the Sith is. Through this path, victory we may yet find. Not victory in the Clone Wars, but victory for all time." Makes it pretty explicit that dark siders can't do it.

HOLY MOLY This is so accurate to the original version! It has the same movements and style. And it's even better with all the details and easter eggs. The set design is great, I liked Vader's room with the toys and the star wars blanket. It also look A LOT like stop motion! I thought the "Hello there..." video was great, but these just keep getting better and better!
