ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਧੀਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਤਾ ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਥੇ ਰਹਿਕੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣਾ Lifestyle ਵਧੀਆ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਸਾਡੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ speaker ਜਸਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਅਜੇਹੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬਚਪਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਘਰ ਪਰਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਤ ਕੁਝ ਠੀਕ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਤੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਨਾਲ 1500 ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 2008 ਵਿੱਚ Mehcinal enginier ਲਿਆ ਤੇ 2013 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ Placement ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ Tractor ਕੰਪਨੀ ਚ Sales & Marketing ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਉਹ Design ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚੁਣਦੇ ਸੀ ਤਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 8000 ਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ Chandigarh ਤੇ Punjab ਦੇ ਕੁਝ Projects ਵਿੱਚ Project manager ਵੱਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ US ਦੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਤੇ Indian railway ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ
ਕਿਥੇ 1500 ਦਿਹਾੜੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਅੱਜ 15 ਕਰੋੜ di Turnover ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਅੱਜ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ Office ਗੁੜਗਾਓਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।

Even today, there are many people in Punjab who feel that their life cannot be improved by staying in Punjab, so they want to go to countries like Canada and America, but there are also some who improved their lifestyle by staying here.
The story of our today's speaker Jasmeet Singh is also similar. Since his childhood, the condition of the family was not good, his father used to work in clothes and hardly earned up to 1500 daily. He took Mechanical Engineer in 2008 and in 2013, his placement was in a tractor company in Punjab as Sales & Marketing. He was in marketing but he didn't want to do it. He chose to do design work, so he started working at 8000. Then he worked as a project manager in some projects in Chandigarh and Punjab and then with a US company and Indian railway as well. Where did the man who made 1500 daily wages work, today he is doing 15 crore di turnover, today his office is in Gurgaon.
