JARABACOA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC VLOG 🇩🇴 New Businesses!

Jarabacoa is one of my favorite cities inn the Dominican Republic, and I was so happy to get to go back and visit after living there while teaching. We drove around the city (more driving tours to come) and then checked out the center of town, where there are a lot of new restaurants, and some more touristy spots for photos and coffee, ice cream and more. Jarabacoa is about. an hour from Santiago de los Caballeros, and is up in the beautiful mountains. It has gotten a bit more touristy over the years, and it was funny to see downtown so much more crowded. Of course, we had to stop at Helado Ivon while we were there. You'll see some of the beautiful houses and cabins in Jarabacoa as well!

it was interesting to see new restaurants and a kind of more touristy vibe in jarabacoa from when i lived there! the umbrellas and cute coffee shop/restaurant definitely make for a cute photo spot and lots of people were there taking pictures! jarabacoa is one of my favorite places in the DR, it’s so relaxing 🥰 have you been?

Thank you for posting this. I love Jarabacoa. I hoping to return later in the year. Went every year from 2012 to 2014 with my church to do the shoeshiners camp. Returned myself in 2015 and 2016 to visit again. Made alot of great friends. Great people. Again thanks for the videos.
