aaaawwwwwwww!!!! I was in that show in Guatemala and the most important thing he did was ask so kindly to the audience to put their phones down and enjoy the show!!! they were majestic. His energy was very connected to people and for the first time I heard Shannon sang. A really good experience !!!

I've watched this over and over, and, why did this guy have this conversation with Jared? What was the purpose of this interview/conversation? Pardon if I sound rude, Im not trying to be..... I'm just curious to know the purpose of this.....

It took place at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. They regularly hold these events with famous musicians or actors that include interviews and sometimes the musicians also play music.
