i dont think any buildings were built to be climbed.. doesnt mean its more difficult or impossible. all the iron workers who built it 100 years ago climbed that building every day just to get to work, while carrying tools and equipment and they didnt even have a harness or rope.. its no yosemite.. most any average climbers could do it with the right equipment
