Groovy triplet fill is the "bucket o'fish" fill. Very effective yet easy to use (4 stroke roll with proper - snare, tom1, tom2, kick - orchestration for people trained in rudimental drumming).

brann dailor uses a lot of 16 note tripplet fills that double on the riht hand only at the beginning , much less on the herta's you're playing on the "mastodon" section. He was most likley influenced by Mikky Dee's playing on the "Abbigail" album so listen to that one too if you want to master the compents of that style of drumming and play it at a higher level and with better understanding
