@@JaredKingTVyou sound like the people from my homestead Cullen,VA. My family has a couple healers or white witches they nickname them because of their hair color. It’s white. I color my hair because I’m a city girl but our roots run deep. One of my aunties is still loved and feared. She still comes to certain homes every so often to help people get well, especially after Covid. The community was severely impacted and she was able to get help to people who needed it. I’m proud of our roots. Tootsie railroad tracks and all the things that make home home.

My granny and sisters were born and raised in West Virginia. The stories she told us scared the daylights out of us!! I believe them. She passed back in 1992 at the age of 94 years old. Your voice sounds like my great uncle's!❤

When my great uncle died for the first time, hes was cutting his third set of adult teeth.. He died one evening, and the family washed him up and laid his body out in the den, cause the doctor said he was dead. They was gonna bury him the next morning, but when they woke up, his body was gone. They sent my daddy outside to check for tracks, thinking maybe animals might have gotten him. He heard a commotion coming from out back, and when he made it behind the house, there was uncle Bud plowin the back field. Still dressed in his suit. He said he woke up and decided to go plowin before it got too hot! He died the last time almost 30 years later...

That one story about the boys at the witch's grave is clearly a "Hold my beer" moment. I have seen people do that. My own brother, even though he was a Desert Storm veteran, had first a "hold my beer" moment and he ran screaming down the road like a little girl.Funniest thing I've ever seen. I still don't know what it was that we saw. Looked like a white puff of smoke as big as a person. We heard something that sounded like someone wailing like their heart was broke. I was irritated because he left me and the babies standing in the road right at dark by ourselves. When I got back to the house I told Ma and Da what happened they were almost rolling in the floor. Then about two days later one of our cousins died. I had a similar thing happen again only it was early in the morning and my dog flipped out. Three days later Granny Pat died. It was a banshee. This is a 100% true story.

That last story about the old couple took me on a WILD RIDE! At first, I nodded in sympathy as I sipped sweet tea. "Bless her heart, they were married forever. She keeps talking about the New Moon. I wonder if she is gonna pass away at that time. Old people sometimes don't want to live without the other." Then you talk about the light/lantern folks saw up on the hill at his grave. "Oh, Lord! She's gonna lay down on his grave and die of a broken heart, poor elderly thing!", says I. NOPE!!! Some Pet Semetary stuff happened, and you scared the daylights out of me when you said she kept bringing him back and eventually he would just stand and stare for hours and mothers warned their children away from him! Great old story!!!

These stories are high grade professional work. Everything about them. The only tiny suggestion I have is to not to the jump scares, like that first sound effect here that was right loud. Some of us listen at night when other people are sleeping or just really have a strong startle reaction. Everything else was perfect! Looking forward to hearing many, many more!

I can’t help but 😢tear up when you mentioned Marthy Martha ❤reminds me of my childhood. Yessir back then your kin was laid out in the parlor or the living room. Our Marthy was a domestic servant in the big city and she took care of the family until my great uncle’s grew up. Took care of mama. Those stories told to us while hunting and fishing still live in my mind and I want to thank you for reminding me of who I am and where I come from. A girl can get lost in the city.

I was noticing the lady’s with up to 7-10 kids and made me think of both my granny’s they each raised 14 kids and lost 3-4 either at birth or accident. One of what was my uncle well they all went to the swimming hole. My uncle backed the old farm truck to the edge of the hole in the creek and he dove off the truck bed and thought it was deeper there but it wasn’t and he hit the bottom and broke his neck. Most of the baby’s passed away at birth or a couple weeks later but both my granny’s raised 14 kids apiece. I sure do miss my granny’s both of them bad. I never met my pa’s they passed before I was born. Great video brother as always. I’ll tell you the tale of the barn that daddy raised hogs in one of these days. My grandma was what ya call a white witch 🧹🪄. She believed in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his Father our Creator. These days people wouldn't understand her, but I did and she was a beautiful soul and I'm positive she will be on her way up when the Lord Jesus comes back for his ! She was half Cherokee qnd half Italian. She was a beautiful southern bell, she grew up on the WV KY border.
