Telling you all, Hall is money. Total shame that he went out after finally getting a shot. Hope it doesn’t affect his pathway. His 60+ TDs to 11 INT don’t even tell the full story on how smart and efficient he will be. Zach Wilson went 2nd in the draft and it was a coin flip as to which started for the Cougars during Hall’s Sophomore year. He’s a franchise QB and just needs a few chances to prove it. Crazy that this has set him back when he finally got there in position to do his thing.

@@trevorm3181 yeah when I watched the game I was mad at Jaren because that could’ve possibly stopped his injury. But after watching this, it’s possible it was tipped. Both way I don’t want to see Dobbs. Jaren has showed me more of a passer in this drive then Dobbs has in 3 games

Never played QB. Never played football. But I will offer Hall (and Dobbs) a piece of advice from watching a ton of football. If you elect to run, pick the furthest spot that intersects with the sideline and run towards that spot. Do NOT....EVER...cross back to the inside. That's how you tear ACLs. That's how you get clobbered, risk fumbling, and injuries. Hall did just that. He cut back in.

he definitely takes a shot there, but the concussion comes when he gets slammed down on the finish. Unfortunate for sure, I thought the hits on KJ were way dirtier and actually had me relooking the Hall concussion.

O'Connell gonna play Mullins but he should give Hall a shot. My only issue with KOC right now is he waits too long to make a change and lacks balls sometimes. Bit conservative. Mullins was incredibly inaccurate on Sunday. I feel like this Hall is one of these winners. He has the "it" factor you need and doesn't turn it over which is great for our defense to. Be daring KOC. If it doesn't work out then turn to Mullins because he's already a backup.

The Vikings organization should keep both Hall and Dobbs. Have Dobbs be the main QB then have Hall be the main backup QB, and draft another QB to be the reserve.

He had two concussions in college after being injury-free in high school, and, unfortunately, the second was right after he had come back from the first, keeping him from getting more playing time early on. But this is really a shame to see for Jaren, because he has all the tools--tangible and intangible--to be one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL.

Hall missed so many reads here. I counted about 3-5. Main ones being 2 missed TDs on the same drive to both hockenson and KJ Osborn (play where he got concussed)

@Vader9487 he missed Kj before he got hurt at like 3min and 48 sec if you stop it you will see kj sitting down in a soft zone middle of endzone just a decent throw with mild zip on the ball would been a td. And the earlier one to Hockenson.. that i attribute more to feel and timing with the guys you are playing with etc.. I will give him a pass because he is a rookie its his first real drive in the nfl and each time he was always looking to throw first than run. Also you can see him going through his reads.. he needs some more practice with anticipation vision and understanding what his guys are going to do. All that takes time and chemistry he has all the tools to be successful. Other than those I really dont think he missed too many reads unless you really want to be picky..

The different angle replay shows Hall recognized that #20 was in the position to bat it down, so he tried to loft it over the defender's reach and hope for a great play by the tight end. It obviously didn't pan out, but the coaches will likely look at all of the passes--both short and long--that he connected on and conclude that he is a very capable passer.
