In terms of technical skills, I wouldn't even try. But my takeaway is the inspiration to do something (hopefully) equally amazing with the skills I do have. Good memorable melodies can be achieved with skills that aren't necessarily "out of reach", so to say.

Interesting theory. You could be correct. The original Time I was all one big continuation of one song into the next. Maybe the ending of the song "Time" fades into the intro of "Fields of Snow," the intro track to "Time II."
