I think what makes Jarno so good is he makes any strategy work. Sure not pitting like Manley probably cost him the win but he made the no stop work and maximised the result considering the pace in the wet wasn’t quite there.

The top gt7 guys are a bit the same way, but it’s just not near as close and I don’t think they put as much time into it cause gt7 competitions are less about precision of pace because they have faaaar less preparation time from when they know the car/track combos to when they compete. It’s more of a race off of general hop in the car pace. Plus gt7 drivers are a lot less funded and there’s a lot less organization. Almost everything is hosted by the players themselves

And that was after we had requested the combos to practice because at first they were only telling us the tracks without the cars even. F1 esports has their schedule months in advance usually (besides last years chaos obviously). But like for their typical practice for psgl or wor. Plus they only have 1 series to drive and a smaller list of tracks.
