Its the hunters first time playing this game right? And its Sardacos 1000th. If the hunter has been holding onto it for 3 hrs, he should have said hey lets tighten it up I don't feel comfortable being able to make life saving plays. I am in my 30+s and I have known professional gamers since the early 2000s when people still played starcraft and quake, painkiller for competition and all of those professionals shared the ability to learn things really well. No matter the subject or different genre of game they managed to really put their head into it and they became good at it. Just like T1 he can really learn things because he knows how to learn things and that came with the experience of becoming good in league and then using the same skill to learn new things.

A good hunter puts the traps off to the side, back and away from the path of the pull and then peels the mob to the trap with a distracting shot. Then, while that mob is trapped, the hunter feigns and drops another freeze trap and then does the same thing when the first one breaks.

Geronimo doesn't understand classic, the warriors are dying because tanking in classic is all about threat, which is why all the tanks go fury/prot, they need to put out a TON of dps in order to keep threat and clear stuff smoothly. Having seen everything, Sardaco isn't the greatest tank but still basically said the hunter was bad. Hunter was doing what he was told, freeze trapping the target marked by Sardaco despite it being the bad move. Here is the issue. He has run the dungeon 1000 times with T1, he should know the speed of the mobs. Any hunter who places trap directly in path of where tank is pulling mob is trash. It’s asking for trap to get broken by cleave. You distracting shot pull the mob off to the side, and once trapped you set up the second trap to retrap when first trap breaks. Literally zero reason for a hunter to have cheetah on in that pull. Hell a good hunter could literally kite that mob around the room without breaking sweat. Is it necessarily need in that pull, probably not unless u running it in 5s later. As far as T1 being better tank. If he’s going to be tanking MC in deep prot, people will either die from threat, die from healers going oom or, it’s going to take them like 5 hrs to clear

A few thoughts, 1. Is it better for the hunter to tank or the tank to tank? 2. Saying he could set the trap up off to the side would work is nothing more than hopes and wishes considering on pull he has agro of everything, meaning he needs to rely on other people to pull agro away from his trap thus allowing it to do it's job. This obviously wasn't the case as we saw 3. This is supposed to be one of the if not the most seasoned tank in the entire guild, instead of just telling the new hunter to "git gud" maybe try to explain how to or figure out why the traps are not working? As someone with such experience you have an expectation to be able to lead and teach, acting like a god and giving no advice or teaching anything makes people not like you. 4. I think there is a big difference between what T1 typically does and Sardaco typically does. T1 is very direct and in your face but with it he most times brings his own thoughts. Sardaco hits you with these little comments of "git gud" or "figure it out" which do no one any good. At least with T1 you can see why he is upset or calling you out, Sardaco is more akin to a 3rd grader who just tries to be cool on the playground and when the teacher comes around plays the "I didn't do anything" card.
