Ahhhhhh!! FINALLY!!! I have literally had this exact floor plan and many other similar variations of this with the front shower/pass through, back lounge with windows and bed lift, everything for years living rent free in my head! Even the materials, colors and aesthetic is PERFECT! I even mentally worked out the side door opening issue.. this is too crazy!! But I'm friggin stoked to finally see someone do it.. it's even better than my dreams! 😍😭 Great job sir.. perfection 🤌

Love that shower!! I think counter space is a tad shy though. Storage seems just ok. Not an abundance for 2 adults. Love the happy Jack beds.

I’ve seen dozens of vans since this one. I’m really sold on this layout with the shower and happy Jack bed. I could deal with less counter space. Love this van.

My favorite feature of this amazing van is the walk through shower. Although I would put the ventilation hole in the bottom, not the ceiling, because what physics says about rising air. Second favorite feature would be the electrical system. And nice interior decoration.

My favorite color scheme---BLACK WITH WALNUT! I remodeled my media cabinet with a salute to MCM with shiny black painted vertical supports and a walnut slab for the top shelf. BTW, your shower is AWESOME!! I'm also a home theater freak/installer and get the same effects as your setup, but hardwired with a Vizio 40" screen, an Onkyo TX-RZ50, two Boston Acoustics T-830 towers, a vintage Criterion speaker for the center and two Lloyds 2-way bookshelf speakers I found outside my apartment complex. All are acoustic suspension. I set the crossovers at 70 Hz and used Dirac Live room correction, so no subwoofer was necessary. BTW, the receiver also has height virtualization and 2-way Bluetooth and wi-fi.

I appreciate the fact he didn't have the experience doing the wood work a great job. The lack of storage is an issue for me the toilet is not in with the shower I don't particularly like personally. The lack of light at the front of the vehicle well makes it really dark.

Man....I've been thinking of a max budget of 150k but these full time vans just get more expensive every year. Best thing would be to get a used van and imitate the design as best as possible. 200k-250k is just too steep but i LOVE this damn thing 😂😂 glad alot of builders are here locally in SD, gonna need to go and ask around for build price on something similar if i bring my own van

great design :) one minor flaw that should be corrected, toilet should slide in the bathroom , if you have guests and somebody wants to use the toilet you can't do it in the middle of the van :D
