Just back from Jaipur last night. Tried Jas Kitchen on Saturday evening. It was packed with localites / foodies which explains all. Mr. Jas Pratap was at the helm managing the crowd while his little young boy helping out at the kitchen. The Dum Nihari is out of the world with khaboos. Laal maas is good tho same all over in Jaipur. Service is a bit erratic due to the crowd in the evening. Don't miss out on a waiter called Alexa !!! Highly recommended place for non veg food lovers & at affordable prices. Ensure a morning walk next day to digest the oily food - tho you don't feel bad at all due to mustard oil used. Thanks Jas Saab & Shoaib for the finding out the hidden gems from Jaipur.

Bro Come to Lucknow ,If you really are a non-veg lover like Nihari and all, and Nihari is not a Rajpootani dish, even not a Mughal , this was actually invented by low scale workers (masdoor) at the time of Nawab Wazid Ali Shah and originated in Lucknow. Actually, they used to buy unused meat from shops and mix it together to form a type of gravy, as this is usually cooked at fazir time (Nihar) and after that they starts there day with this heavy meal, which is why it is called Nihari. BAKI SABH SELF-MADE HAI RAJPOOT NIHARI YA MUGHAL NIHARI jaisi kuch hota nhi baki kehne p ham kuch bhi bol sakte .
