Sam apologized to everyone. even people who haven't earned apologies. who treated her like shit and tried to act like they had a right to control her life, interfere in her life, and take from her, just cause they wanted what she had. despite that she has owned everything she's done and some things she didn't have to own. Alexis and Liz are damn near eternally guilty of not owning their stuff until its almost too late, if then. even jason stills owes sam an apology...

You know, what Alexis did was as bad as what Sam did. She all but forced Jason to push Sam away through blackmail and manipulation. Then She used her all those months to assure a future for her girls in case she died, as Sam said, torturing her. And it was petty, deliberate, and vindictive. Now that it looks like she is going to live, she doesn’t need Sam any longer so she can finally unload on her.

I remember giving zero fucks about Alexis "pain" during this s/l cancer and all mostly because she never owned up to the fact that she too played a part in that damn mess! Telling Sam to take responsibility for her actions when she herself took none for HER OWN DECEPTIVE ass actions. The ones that started THE WHOLE BALL of mess in the first place. Alexis n Liz have always been the worst kinds of hipocrites so I'm no longer surprised and sadly she still hasn't changed much

Anything Sam owed to Alexis, she has paid over and over in sadistic treatment from Alexis. Alexis kept quiet about seeing them, so she could use their guilt to torture them. Not just Sam, but Ric too. I have little sympathy for Ric, but Alexis sure got her pound of flesh from him too. Alexis is one character on this show who has had me like and admire her, and also hate and dispise her. The range of her character is incredible.

Alexis was trying to protect her daughter. She was shot in the back. She was overbearing, yes. But Sam is supposed be an adult. It sure looked like revenge to me, and aimed at Jason too, for pushing her away. She is so good at blaming everyone else for her actions. And she keeps doing it even after Jake is born. Elizabeth and Jason have a one night affair and they have Jake. She watched Jake get kidnapped and did absolutely nothing. Jason's child. Emily would not have done that to Nikolas's son, even thou she felt betrayed, she loved Nikolas, and did not resent Spencer.

This is not a real apology from Sam. Alexis was right, Sam was not a child. She was a grown woman who made her own choices. I like Sam's character now... but this is back in the day when I couldn't stand her. She'd blame everything on everyone else and she was a little too dependent on Jason. When Sam and Jason got back together later... it was a stronger relationship because Sam returned an independent woman who wanted Jason versus needing Jason and making everything about Jason. When she returned, she had her own life... job and so on.

QueenSoap I am sorry, I really don’t blame Sam for her actions; sleeping with Rick was wrong; dead wrong. However, this is all Alexis and Jason’s daily. Alexis tore them apart for her own selfish, controlling ways and then just tore her down bit by bit and blackmail Jason into leaving Sam, without thinking about Sam’s feelings or her self esteem issues.

QueenSoap So are you saying because Sam was a grown woman and made her own choices, she can’t be sorry for what she has done? And even grow n people don’t make choices in a vacuum. There are always reasons. And grown people can be pushed past the breaking point. But you notice that Alexis took no responsibility for the way she treated Sam and the way she forced Jason out of her life. Sam’s apologies might rise to some folks’ rigid standards, but at least she made them. Alexis never accepts responsibility for what she has done.
