To be fair, Patrick was literally running around town telling everybody that he didn't want to be a dad. Robin definitely did the wrong thing by not telling him, but he was screaming from the rooftops that he didn't want a kid, so she gave him the life he said he wanted. Well she LIED, because she did tell. And I do not believe it was for an honorable reason. She was nervous about Jason and Carly. She resented the fact that Michael brought them closer. In short, she was jealous. She thought if she could get Michael out of Jason’s life, Carly would be gone too. She had been Jason’s “teacher” since he woke up. He admitted later that he believed everything she said must be true because she was so good. But he counted loyalty as the highest trait. And he felt betrayed. He still might have been able to forgive her if she had asked for forgiveness, but she could never admit she was wrong. She believed telling AJ the truth was more important than keeping her word to him. He felt betrayed. And that he could not forgive. And it is strange. She knows Jason is a criminal, she knows he breaks the law, believes he kills people. That she can live with, but not a lie? Excuse me, but isn’t that just a bit hypocritical

Jax and Carly kept it a secret and raised Spencer as their own, until Robin told the truth.

This makes what Nikolas is going to do to Sam and Danny by keeping Jason away from them for seven months ironic and hypocritical at the same time. So he knew exactly what it felt like to have your son kept from him and then years later decides to let Danny grow up maybe never knowing his Dad and tries to kill the woman attempting to tell the truth in that situation so basically if Jax had the advanced notice maybe he too could've hired a hitman to take out Robin before she could talk. This was not a case of a stranger stealing a child from its crib. Carly was Michael’s mother, and she was fighting to keep him. Whether you like her or not, she was still Michael’s mother. And Jason was simply helping her. Perhaps someone can tell me just what she could have done differently and still have kept her son. Or perhaps those who think she was wrong think she should have just conceded defeat to the Quartermaines and their entitlement. Who was Carly to dare oppose such upstanding citizens? Not revealing the paternity of a baby seems on the surface to be a clear cut wrong. But how many think Willow did the right thing. It is always a clear thing. So who decides when it is appropriate?
