Sometimes, you have to hit rock bottom to finally realize that the only one that can make you happy and content is Jesus Christ our king. And Christ has always been with us but we failed to see him. Christ had always spoken to us but we wouldn't hear him. And it's hard to see or hear him if your parents never told you about him. But once you do get to know the King, life is beautiful!

Okay, so Zach is right about the cheese, my grandchildren love that cheese for grilled cheese as well. It's just right for melting. My secret, you wouldn't think would be right, is a thin layer of grape jelly between the meat and cheese. No one knows it's there, but they say my burgers are the juiciest they've ever tasted.

I make the burgers in my family. My husband buys the meat - grass fed beef. I like to put herbs and spices in the burgers. I also put chopped onions and garlic in the burgers. When I pan fry them they are good. When my husband grills them they are close to dried up. He grills them too long!

Try it for 30 days, and then reintroduce other foods you like to eat and you will be amazed how they make you feel! Eliminate those foods that make you feel poorly and stick to the healthy protein/animal fats as majority of your consumption and please share your results!! I’m so excited for you!! 27:10 Al talking about his feelings of not feeling like he's not done a good enough job to make it understandable. Which is far from the truth with the growth of people accepting God kingdom. I think in my opinion with my journey. Getting the fundamentals of Jesus is easy to say an understanding the general depiction of Christin faith. But constantly studying Paul and referencing Paul's words more than breaking down Jesus word is kinda were you lose some like me. I'd rather study the parables of Mathew than how Paul was trying to recreate and explain Jesus work. Because to me the parables of Mathew is crystal clear, and that's where you find the hypocrisy of organized religion especially in Christianity.

Al look into the carnivore diet, you eat only meat and fat! And eggs, cheese if you want. You will loose alot of weight if you do that, and get healthier

Sounds like Atkins or Keto but long term it is hard. I did Keto and slimmed down and loved it but it is hard on the kidneys and cholesterol levels. Just keep an eye on everything. Bodies need good carbs, too.

I wish Jase would stop emphasizing the "red letter" words of scriptures (i.e., the words directly spoken by Jesus), as if they had greater importance than the rest of scripture. "ALL scripture is inspired by God . . ." (2 Tim 3:16), not just the words of Jesus. Yes, of course, Jesus ALONE is God, Lord, King, Savior, etc., and none of the writers of scripture were. But if you start focusing on just the red letters (Jesus' words), then people begin to dismiss the rest of the scriptures, especially those parts they disagree with. Example - "Well, Paul may have condemned homosexuality, but Jesus (red letters) didn't, and Jesus has higher authority than Paul, so we can forget what Paul wrote, and just go with what Jesus did not specifically condemn." The truth is, we should treat ALL of the scriptures as "red letters", because they ALL are authoritative, and they ALL complement the whole story.
