This has helped me so much with working with my relationship with the lord! Not a lot of people my age (23) believe in the lord and I get mocked for following Jesus and reading my Bible at work.

Keep going man! Love the mockers, and pray that they too will come to the lord one day.

I believe, there are times that our Daddy, God, just blesses us with His best to encourage us. Jase, I had some great, seemingly miraculous -type things happen this week. Though not miracles, God showed up and showed out. I was encouraged and those I told were encouraged. God's goodness leaks into our lives and the lives of those we tell just when we really do need them. Just like a good Daddy encourages His children with good things just when they need them ...

You’re right Jase and how many people look down and talk badly about people out preaching in the streets and at abortion clinics. Those people are being persecuted because they’re losing their freedom.

These guys do such great work on the Podcast, especially with the Bible studies. But I wish they’d stop staying that Saul became Paul. The only mention of the different names is in Acts 13, which clearly says, “Saul, who was also called Paul . . .” So it was a Greek/Roman or Jewish/Greek thing. God didn’t change his name, he just went by two names.

Jase, that Angel in the burning bush with Moses talking, wasn't any ordinary Angel, he was the "Angel of the Lord" who many including myself believe it's Jesus in the Old Testament.

The other part of Steven's death is ... in the book of Daniel, Daniel's prophecy of the Messiah's 7 years BUT he will be cut off halfway... ( 3.5 years ). Jesus's ministry was 3.5 years then it was cut off. Steven was the first martyr... 3.5 years after Jesus's resurrection. Seeing Jesus STAND ... was the completion of Jesus's seven-year ministry. ( note that my words may not be the correct or best word, so hear the spirit of my message not bind me to every word if the word may be misspoken. )

Separation of church and state is clearly stated but misunderstood. It means that the state (government) can have no power over government.

“Someone stood up for Stephen” by Ray Boltz must not have made its way into the WFRC hymnal or Jase would’ve learned this a while ago 😂

Jase tried to pull a spiritual message out of his long golf story. But I'm convinced that he just HAD to BRAG about his golf game... Now I can understand that; but someone tell him that there aren't a lot folks interested in the details of golf. So you lost the attention of a bunch of folks in the first 10 minutes. Jus' sayin'.

Maybe they are called miracles, but I prefer to call them actions of a faithful, truthful Father who loves His children. Mark 11:24 NASB1995 "Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you." - Jesus
@chrystals92647 ай бұрын
We were made a little lower than Elohim (God), not angels. The order is God, man, angels, animals, and plant life. The translators of the bible thought it was blasphemous to mention God, so they stated angles. Look up the word angles in the Hebrew Concordance.

Jase the constitution no where mentions anything about a separation of church and state.
@torpedolynn9 ай бұрын
Sorry Jase I disagree with you. The bible says the angels for children are continually before him. Which tells me that Angels are frequent apon the earth. Just most of the time we can not tell who because they blend with the crowed. Only when something super nateral is some how called for will we than Know that we actually seen a Angel even though we probably have come in passing by them from time to time. I saw a Super Nateral event with a Angel who saved me from being killed. I will never forget it and will always wonder what the man thought that was going to harm me. He was probably as flabbergasted as I was.

Jesus was standing because, if the Jews would've accepted Jesus as the Christ,he would have came back right then. 3 strikes, you're out. John the Baptist 1 they rejected Jesus 2 they killed Steven3. That's a cool theory anyways.

Separation of Church and state is a Biblical concept, CONCEPT! Not a particular verse but recall even when Messiah said to render to Caesar what is Caesars ? That was just one example of keep that over there away from this here. The concept is all over scripture but the reason is not what folks think it is. The concept to to KEPP governments out of the business of controlling believers faith not keeping believers out of the great commission
