Hello, These folks sent me one of these also to try. I'm trying to decide if it's worth turning it on or not. My area has very limited cell phone coverage, and 300 pictures of videos per month is not very many. I could use that up in a few days. I'm in the mountains of Idaho and wind triggers my trail cameras most. The only way around stopping the wind is to find a bare spot the animals won't probably be in anyway....with cell service....not an easy thing to do. Unlimited pictures/ videos is $120 per year, but because of our cell service, I'm not sure it's worth that much money. Now after hearing that their customer service isn't great, and the camera quit working.....I'm not sure what to do. Thank you! I'll watch a few other reviews also.

They have sent me a new camera and this one seems to be working better. Although I did have someone write me and said they have the same problem with the cam turning off. It's a tough call. Let me know what you decide to do and how it works

Thanks for sharing this review. The company contacted me last month to see if Jerod and I would do a review of the same camera. I received the trail camera today, May 16th,to review. Of course, the company did not send me the solar panel with the cameras. It will be interesting to see if the camera works flawlessly or if it will do like yours. Appreciate the honest review. When Jerod and I did the CEYOMUR review, we had issues with their app as well. My major concern with this camera is not being able to pull and SD card. When we place a camera, we generally leave it out year round and pull the card to review or download the pictures to our phone or iPad. iPad's don't use a USB cable. Good luck with it! Let me know if you run into any issues. I'm trying again after they sent me a new camera but I'm struggling with it. The nice thing with these cams is you can just download the clips you want a long the way, so u might not need to download the whole cam card.

In the instructions it states you cannot have batteries in camera while using solar panel. Also solar panel has a 12v and a 5.5 v. Must use the 5.5 volt with the usb adaptor cord that came with camera.

I will keep you updated! They reached out to me yesterday and is sending me a new one and I will test that one. I only accepted because I like everything about the cam, I just need it to work. Hah

No, they were great at first but now they've disappeared. They might just want me to go away but often times these foreign companies just go away . But like I said, there are other guys using these cams and love them, so... Who knows. I just know I won't be dealing with them anymore

Did you have the batteries in the camera while using solar panel? Did you have Solar panel plugged into the 5.5v?

I’ve used Kratax 3500mWh that I got off Amazon when I didn’t have solar panels. They run on those for a few months depending on number of videos I get.

Glad it's working for ya. I have 3 cameras and 2 of them don't work. The other I only get about 3 weeks on alkaline with no solar panel. Solar panels are somewhat tough because I mostly hunt big timber so I don't get a lot of sun

AT&T is bad enough to go through. Wonder if some electronic signal is shutting the cam off? At times we have interference that changes TV channels, shuts off pc and TV screens and police radios sometimes come through the TV or Xbox however that is power transmitting amps too high from the police radios. .

I would check your cell phone signal strength there. Reports are below 40% to 60% live feed may not work. Might be possible a communications radio from a vehicle passing near by weekly is shutting down the cam. Line of sight CB amps can even activate automatic garage doors and security motion lights. Try placing some foil between the nearest road and the antenna.

Interesting. I'm not sure. Never had such an unreliable cell cam. Not to mention batteries due in 3 weeks. Not good

It uses AT&T. You'd have to swap out the sim card but I'm not actually sure if that would work

Camojojo is junk, won’t work 99% of the time, customer support is useless,.. get another brand unless you like throwing money down the drain.
