I just brought the white version. I am so pleasantly surprised by it's performance . I have a normal Shark lift away and I cannpt be bothered sometimes but it's good. I need to vacuum my car ANd cannot be bothered with lobbing my Shark out in this freezing weather so I guess this will do the job.

How do you undo the small brush tool, to take out the brush to clean it. I can turn the thing with the slot, but nothing happens. Thanks.

I have the same issue. Unlocked but nothing happened and it s still hard to pull the brush out. Contacted the manufacturer but they ignored me. Nothing in the instructions 😣

Great review! I have a problem: my wife's long hair keeps tangling in the small wheels in the body of the soft brush (the ones you touch at 3:01), what can I do to remove it?

How do you hang the dock on the wall, you show everything but that.

Use the provided screws to mount the bracket to your wall. Sorry I didn't show that, as I didn't mount the cleaner.

Thank you for that review. Do you know how long it takes to fully charge it and how long it can run on medium mode? Also, I can’t decide either to buy moosoo, vax OnePWR blade 4 or this one 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi, it takes just under 4 hours to fully charge, run time on medium mode around 30 minutes. I have a review coming up on the Jashen V18 soon, but honestly I'd say go with this, you get a lot more for your money.

I've never vacuumed or watched anyone else vacuum so slowly. To clean a house this way would take three days. A more honest way would be the method everyone actually uses which is to move it rapidly.
