Jashn-e-Chitral 2002 Traditional Dances Dani

Chzeq Mitar o Danni is a Khowar Tune that is named after Mehtar Afzal-ul-Mulk of Chitral who was fond of this tune. There is a special dance which is only danced to this tune. In Hunza this dance and tune is known as Hal Hareeb.

The norwegian linguest George Morgensterine wrote that Chitral in Pakistan is the Area of the Greatest linguestic Diversity in the World. Although Khowar is the predominent language of chitral and north western Pakistan more then ten other Languages are spoken here No wonder it was a topic of Two culturel conferences of the hindukush , Due to the recent Afghan conflict the area is troubled but it stays peaceful and Music is part of this great Culture of Chitral ,Enjoy It ,
