It does not say highly of the competence of a Judge who can change the date of a hearing because he liked an Urdu couplet!

And therein lies the conundrum with the Indian Judicial System - Jahan Chah Hai Wahan Raah Hai - the Indian Judicial system could relatively easily clear the its snail's pace dockets of cases if the will exists to make Indian Justice swift and efficient.
