Hi. What can I do if i feel tension in my back when doing diaphragm push after shimmy with arms in second position? I feel bad tension between my shoulder blade and on neck. I cant release it :( more I try more tension in back and shoulder :/

I think she is made up of rubber her tummy has no organs. Just kidding too much flexibility how u maintain ur body love ur dance n body. How u move your tummy its a technique related to breathing or what I can't get it.
