It heals soon I had it done last year. It hurt, my mouth, for the first two days it did hurt but then it was fine & I was able to handle it easily with only ibuprofen & tyenol, but rotate on them take one or the other every 3hrs & take 3-4, fo that for a couple of days & u should be golden😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
