Wow, i really enjoy your commentary, Earl. It used to be that sometimes when watching pool matches, the volume went down, first thing. You can always tell ones that look at it as just their 'job'. They are the ones that lack most in both knowledge and interest in the sport. Just straight up honest Earl. Nobody has more knowledge of the game than you, in my opinion. And if someone would of told me 20-30 years ago, that in 2021 i would be enjoying Earl Strickland's laid back, easy going commentary of pool matches, I honestly would of been wondering, was it me or the person telling me this, that started using drugs. 😆. And i mean absolutely no offense towards you, in saying that. You're knowledge and passion for pool is unsurpassed. Keep up the great work, bud. 👍

I too like your commentary, except for a few things. I don't like so many comments about how bad you are. Anyone with any sense, knows you are one of the greatest of all time. The other comments, are so much about your pool table at home. Other than that, you are doing a great job.

Asked Earl for an autograph some 30 odd years ago at the Riviera in Vegas…. It was some major tournament (not sure which one)… All the greats were there … Got all their autographs all i got from Earl was an expletive and a cold shoulder….. I dont understand these players with one long sleeve. Are you trying to look cool or what? I play at a pretty high level, albeit I havent played in a few months I'm thinkin about going up to the pool hall when they open for a few hrs today. But anyway.. I dont see a need for a long sleeve. It doesnt keep your arm warm or none of that dumb shit. That's rediculous. I mean if it's cold put on a hoodie or a jacket. But that's not what she has going on here. And I doubt she plays so much better if any at all than me. That being said.. if they have it in their head it helps then maybe they can get some sort of superstitious thing going. If you believe it in your mind you can make it a reality. It just dont do anything for me. It's just a failed fashion attempt in my book but whatever. Suit yourselves
