Her copyright/trademarking of her phrase is a way to make sure the opposition doesn't profit from it. Because they are known for taking anything anyone says, putting it on a shirt, and blindly wearing it. But to take a moment where one of the most serious members of government now was attacked and defended herself and doing the light work of trademarking the phrase takes less than 10mins... also, she is a lawyer and has assistants that can do that for her. So perhaps if you want to talk about getting into politics, maybe discuss the fact that she had to defend herself in the first place, not her doing the smart thing and protecting herself after.
