TH10 didnt exist when i started playing and TH9 walls were 1,000,000 for the first upgrade a piece and 3 million for the second upgrade a piece, gold only. I did all of the wall grind on gold only. It was BRUTAL. Its what caused most players early on to quit.

A single half decent sarch blimp would annihilate 30% of the th16 base and that 30% would contain like 80% of the bases defenses.

I have several accounts, 2 of which just hit TH10, and 2 others that just hit TH13. I never had an issue with teaser bases at 9 and 12. For TH9 I just pick left or right side to wb into with a sui hero kill squad with 1 golem, 1 pekka, (or 4 valks) 8 wizards and heroes with a rage to punch as far in as they can. When all is left but the heroes I throw in hogs with 2 heals and the rest freezes. I've never missed with this strat. At TH10 I do the same but with a root rider and 2 hogs in a siege barrack. At TH11 and 12 I switch to AQ walk instead of sui ks into hybrid with root rider and hogs in siege barracks. Spells stay the same throughout until TH11 and 12 which I bring 1 invis and sometimes a poison and flame flinger. I have yet to see a teaser base on my TH14 and not sure if I saw one at 13 either.

alternatively I use witchbat or bowibat with half freeze half bat and sometimes 1 poison or 1 invis with a wall wrecker or log launcher.
