jason & brenda is my favorite pairing for both of them even though they never had opportunity to become something, that's how good SB and VM were together!! clearly the writers wanted to but she left too soon.. leaving us to be tortured with plain courtney and needy jax... or sonny thinking he is the center of everyone's universe for the 100th time.

I completely agree. One thing that really set Brenda apart from the other women was that she did not sleep with Sonny AND Jason. I like the bickering and comedy between the two, but I would not want them as a couple.

Brenda lived with the Quartermaines for a while. Shewas a personal assistant to Lila Quartermaine. She briefly dated Jason Quartermaine before he was Jason Morgan, after Karen Wexler but before Keisha Ward, when they were still in high school. She was best friends with Ned and Lois Aston and godmother to their daughter Brooklynn. She also had a very flirtatious relationship with AJ Quartermaine. She also had a relationship with Laura Spencer, Lucy Coe, and Catherine Bell because if her modeling at Deception. She was even close friends with Lily Rivera before she married Sonny. She was there when Stone and Robin were diagnosed with Aids/HIV. Brenda has a much longer and much more diverse history in Port Charles than does Carly. That's the real threat to Carly is that her relationships are real and grounded. Carly's relatinshionships are fake, forced, one sided, manipulative. She basically had a baby with half the men in town and used her female parts to scratch and claw her way into position. Whereas Brenda used her genuine heart, people skills, and intelligence. Carly is a lowlife who could never compete with Brenda.

Not a fan of either, but Carly has “only” 3 baby daddies - same as Liz, except C had 2 with one of them (Sonny), then 1 with Jax & 1 with AJ. I think those two are in the multiple daddy club alone. Most “just” have 2. 😂

didn't like how bren was pushing jason to be with courtney, and telling he lovs courtney. i think it was because vanessa was leaving the show and jas needed to keep a lov interest who was in town no reason than that. i like elizabeth and luck, jason most with brenda, some with sam and a bit with robin, Brend with jason, some with sonny.

So for Brenda, Jax is “safe and dependable” so it’s ok for them to get married. When it comes to Carly, Jax is a horrible person, who can’t be trusted, and only cares about revenge on Sonny. So Carly shouldn’t even date him 😂
