5 years ago... wow. I remember so vividly walking home from school with the biggest smile plastered across my face the entire walk while listening to this video. I can’t even begin to imagine how it felt for JC as Blundell himself made the big reveal on this channel. I came back to this video today and am still smiling so much. JC’s reaction to Jason fucking Blundell sitting right next to him is so priceless, and now they are working together. Bamkii the reason they ain't doing motd is because they're doing just the 4 original characters story, so they couldn't do motd, cotd, buried, transit, or die rise. those included different characters from the original takeo,Dempsey,Nikolai,and Richthofen. The reason they're doing the original characters maps only is because of the way revelations ended, with the main characters stuck in a time loop. some could make the argument that they did in fact go to motd after zetsubou, but can't we just appreciate this? like you said, no reason to complain.

SubNotic The entire Zombies community doesn't really appreciates it as all of us in this thread do, unfortunately. Remember when half of the community threw a temper tantrum when they made Revelations a combination of a bunch of old maps instead of just making the maps themselves? Half the community lost their shit and got pissed off about it. I think as a whole, what Treyarch is doing is brilliant. Instead of having the old generation players who played Black Ops 1 (Myself included) Zombies and newer players who have only played Black Ops 2 and/or Black Ops 3 Zombies bickering back and forth about what the best map is, they're creating a bridge that both sides can mutually meet at and reinforce the community a little bit. Especially considering this is likely the last Zombies game that will involve the original 4, it's pretty good to try and get the whole playerbase together for one or two last times before it inevitably loses the majority of it to the newer games. Not gonna lie though, wouldn't be opposed to Extinction making a return in Sledgehammer games instead of a cheap knockoff version of zombies...Extinction was one of my favorite gamemodes.
